From 24th August, booking fees will be introduced for all new appointments.

This is simply to help protect my diary from last-minute cancellations and no-shows, while allowing me to continue offering the one-to-one specialist service you book me for.

Your booking fee will:
• Secure your appointment
• Be deducted from your final balance
• Need to be paid within 24 hours of receiving your payment link

Appointments are not secure until payment has been received.

Please note, all appointments already booked before 24th August remain unaffected.
