Well, I had my first day back today and I absolutely loved being back and seeing you all! ❤️

Typical me though... I overdid it. I pushed myself a little too much and my body has definitely let me know about it.

So, for now, I've realised I can probably only manage around 6 appointments a day, maybe 7 at a push. I need to listen to my body and not rush my recovery, so please bear with me while I build my strength back up.

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding and continued support. It really does mean the world to me, and it's so lovely to be back doing what I love. ❤️

We’re pleased to say that Toni will be back on Wednesday to give work a try again, and we’ll be running it as a walk-in day. There’ll be two of us in on Wednesday, so we’re looking forward to seeing you all again.

Also this will be a trial too see what i can manage and hopefully get some of you booked in on appointment days. Going too listen too my body and see what I can manage...

Just a little update from me...
I'm now 4 weeks post-op and doing well. Recovery is going in the right direction, and if everything continues as planned, I'm hoping to start easing myself back into work after the 6-week mark.
I want to say a huge thank you to all of my amazing clients for your patience, support, kind messages, and understanding while I've been recovering. It really has meant the world to me.
A very special thank you also goes to Michelle for holding the fort while I've been away. She's done an incredible job keeping everything going, and I'm so grateful for everything she's done.
Also a special thank you to Ellie for stepping in and helping while I am off.i left her in charge of one of my gents and she is doing an amazing job and keeping his hair and beard fresh for him.
I'd also like to apologise if we haven't been able to fit everyone in, or if you've had to wait a little longer than usual for walk-ins. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
I genuinely miss seeing you all and can't wait to catch up with everyone when I'm back. Hopefully it won't be too much longer!

A polite reminder to all clients:

As many of you know, I am currently off ill and we are operating with reduced staff. We are doing our very best to accommodate everyone and keep appointments running smoothly during this time.

Unfortunately, when appointments are missed without notice, it has a significant impact. Not only does it leave valuable appointment slots unused, but it also means we have had to turn other clients away who would have gladly taken those spaces.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Even a little notice gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else.

We appreciate everyone's understanding, patience, and continued support while we're short-staffed. Thank you to all of our clients who turn up on time and keep us informed if their plans change—it really does make a huge difference. Many thanks toni ❤️
