🚨 IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE 🚨

We would like to inform all clients that Vicky (The Massage Lady) is no longer working from ASM Beauty and is no longer associated with our salon.

Over the past few months, we have been contacted by a number of clients regarding outstanding vouchers, bookings and enquiries for massage treatments. Unfortunately, many clients have reported being unable to get a response despite repeated attempts to make contact.

While we appreciate that personal circumstances can impact someone’s ability to work, the issues reported to us regarding communication and unfulfilled commitments began before these circumstances were brought to our attention. Over a prolonged period, multiple clients were unable to obtain responses regarding appointments, vouchers and enquiries.

As a business, we believe clients should be kept informed when services cannot be delivered as expected. Unfortunately, many clients were not provided with this communication, leaving them uncertain about bookings and vouchers they had paid for.

Whilst these services and vouchers were purchased through Vicky’s separate business and are not connected to ASM Beauty, we were extremely unhappy to see clients left in this position. Some of those affected were existing ASM Beauty clients, and although we had no responsibility for these purchases, we have chosen to assist and refund certain clients ourselves as a gesture of goodwill.
Unfortunately, ASM Beauty does not have access to Vicky’s booking system, client records or business accounts and therefore cannot assist further with appointments, vouchers or refunds relating to her business.

We sincerely apologise to anyone affected and thank all of our clients for their understanding and continued support. ❤️
