Just a little reminder for all my lovely clients when booking any appointment with me:

✅ Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is made, you will receive an email confirmation — this is your receipt and confirms your date/time is secured in my diary. Please check your inbox (and junk folder just in case!) and let me know if you don’t receive it within 24 hours.

💳 50% BOOKING FEE — ALL APPOINTMENTS
Please note: A non‑refundable 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking for EVERY hair service.

This covers the cost of your hair (which I order/purchase specifically for you), secures your slot, and protects against last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows. As you know, I buy hair and products in advance for each client — missed appointments mean unused stock and lost income, which I’m sure you understand.

The remaining balance is paid on the day once your service is complete ✨
