better future for himself and his family. Being the eldest child with two sisters and a brother, he came to England to work in 1961 with the support of his fathers friend. He worked 6 days a week in a salon and 6 evenings a week in a restaurant. In march 1964 my father opened his own salon at the age of 21. In the following years, family came over from Cyprus and through hard work and determination he created one of the busiest barber shops in Northampton. He taught so many the art of hair cutting, my brothers and myself included! So in 1990, the second salon opened where we are today on Marefair. The tradition is still the same, a family run salon continuing the generation of cutting that my father established all those years ago and to whom I thank most dearly. So to all customers old and new, just to say THANK YOU and WELCOME to our salon, with a bit history!
