What an honour it was to spend time in Italy with Davines.

This trip only reinforced why Davines is such a remarkable company. They genuinely act on their beliefs, placing people and the planet at the heart of every decision. Their culture and ethics aren’t marketing messages—they’re lived values.

Listening to Dario Fornara from speak about regenerative agriculture, the health of our soil and our responsibility to the earth was inspiring and gave me hope for the future. Seeing Giuseppe’s genuine love and respect for the plants that go into every product reminded us that true quality starts long before a product reaches the salon.

It was incredibly special to be invited by Davines to present something I am so passionate about—the happiness, growth, and progression of salon teams. I truly believe that work culture is the greatest return on investment a salon can make. When people believe what you believe, share the same values, and work together with purpose, you create something far bigger than great hair; you create joy. You create passion.
