Some recent reviews, thank you all so much for your beautiful messages after your treatment. It always means so much and I'm beyond blessed to do the job I do and meeting all you amazing ladies that choose to come to Santé Spa Retreat each time✨

Closed tomorrow afternoon🥵

Due to high temperatures the wooden chalet is over 37 degrees inside, despite trying my best to keep it cool as possible, I have made the decision for everyone's best interest to close on Thursday afternoon.

Thank you so much for understanding, if high spells of weather like this happen again throughout the summer, it's likely I will have to close those days but I will always message you directly if it effects your treatment booked in and offer you an alternative day🩷

Thank you so much to everyone that has left a review on Fresha, Facebook or Google since we opened. It makes my day being able read through your beautiful messages left after your treatments 🤍

🤍 The body remembers what mind tries to forget.

People often think they just have tight muscles, a sore neck, tension in the upper back, pressure around the chest and shoulder but sometimes the body is holding much more than physical stress.

This trigger point near the upper back - close to what many call the "heart line" - can carry years of emotional protection patterns stored deep inside the fascia and nervous system.

Stress, anxiety, heartbreak, survival mode, emotions you never had space to process, even inner child wounds your body learned to protect you from long ago.Your nervous system does not forget what you had to survive.

That is why some people experience more than physical relief during massage, Sometimes breathing suddenly becomes deeper, the chest feels lighter, sometimes emotions rise unexpectedly, tears come. A sense of calm appears - the body finally feels safe enough to let go...

Massage is not only about muscles, sometimes it is about teaching the body that it no longer has to stay in protection mode all the time🤍
And honestly... your body has been speaking to you for years.

The question is: have you been listening?🤔✨
