⛔Cancellation Policy⛔

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Please notify us by phone or via message on our page.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service cost.
New clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment.
As a small business, missed appointments and late cancellations have a significant impact on our schedule and operating costs.
