Another run to work done!!! I think lack of sleep did not work but few months ago I wouldn't think to come to work running so 👍🏻 for me!! 👊

Wow! I wasn't expecting that!! My mind was the big barrier! There were a few mental walls on the way,but I stepped back,gave myself a chat and kept going! Happy that I didn't give up! Not sure I will be able to walk tomorrow lol. .

Welcome 45!!! A big number I know it's a big number!! The last few days I have been reflecting on it and I decided that they are not big numbers they are feelings. How old do you feel?... Who would tell me a few years back that I would be raising two wonderful kids, having an amazing partner ,training for a 1/2 marathon and doing a job that I love. So yes!!! Welcome 45!!!

Today almost 10km. OMG too hoootttt! But done!!! Lately I am finding it difficult to find the energy to go! Today inspire me. Seeing her story about her training for 10km .so thank you!!!! 👊

Today I was feeling really tired,not at all feeling like a run so I decided that I needed that time for myself so I was going to go for a walk instead. Once my gear,music and on Magically I started running. Thanks to for inspiration and as he said . Today was a success for me. ❤️
