South Hill Reflexology

Most Sunday mornings you’ll find me by the sea with my partner and our dog. It’s become one of my favourite ways to slow down, breathe, and reset. 🐾🤍

For me, self-care can take many forms, and this is definitely one of my favourites. There’s something about the sea, fresh air and being surrounded by nature that leaves me feeling grounded, refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Especially when my work is all about helping others to relax, unwind and restore, I think it’s important to make time to do the same for myself. 🌿

And talking of relaxing… I have something lovely coming to the treatment room very soon. 🍂✨ A new soothing autumnal treatment is on its way, combining warmth, relaxation and some beautiful natural skincare. I’ll be sharing all the details and an introductory combination treatment offer very soon. Watch this space! Have a lovely Sunday🤎

💕 A powerful lift & glow facial. Includes acupressure and facial reflexology together with gentle gua sha massage - a technique which increases circulation and lymphatic flow in the face and neck, releasing skin-dulling toxins which have built up. Also includes a reviving face mask and scalp massage. Results in a naturally glowing complexion with reduced puffiness. This combination of highly effective therapies eases the tension from the face muscles creating a lifting and toning effect.

One of my lovely clients has organised a fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Society next Thursday 23rd July in Rackheath.

To book your Tai Chi taster session just contact Jane on 07712661020 or if you’d like to just make a donation scan the QR code.

This cause is very close to my heart. A lot of us know someone who suffers from Alzheimer’s or Dementia and so it’s great to help support in this way.

Tai Chi, cake, good company and a raffle, sounds perfect!
