I'm not afraid to say it.

When you run your own business it's so easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing and think that that's 'right'

After 8 years with my own clinic and 14 years in the industry I've seen a lot and evolved a lot. But this is the version I am enjoying the most.

It's saying NOPE to a way of working that does not allow me balance, freedom and spare energy.

GONE is the hustle side of me and HELLO to the way of working that suits MY life. Not the life of a full time boss girl.

A work like that gives me balance and peace to be able to enjoy my work, yet still gives me space for my children, relationship and time left for me.

It's no to cramming in clients every day and turning up to work to clients that booked at 3am for treatments they don't need. Its personalised treatment plans, it's early finishes to pick up my son from school, it's building client relationships that are based on trust.

I was absolutely that girl…

Leaving it too late when it came to prepping my skin for a holiday. Sticking on a HA face mask from primark the night before a flight and hoping it would fix my life 😅

I'd have that mini panic about breaking out, or my skin already feeling dehydrated before I even stepped out into holiday sunshine.

What I’ve learned now is this…

You don’t build good skin last minute.
You build it in the months before — when no one else is thinking about it.

Now, my approach is completely different.

I start early.
I plan ahead.
And I treat my skin like something that needs time to respond, repair and strengthen.

Instead of reacting… I prepare.

So now, before any holiday I’m:

✨ Using LED to strengthen and calm my skin
✨ Timing treatments so results peak just before I go
✨ Supporting my skin barrier instead of overloading it

Because the glow everyone wants on holiday?
It doesn’t come from the sun…
