It’s easy for people to sit back, watch, judge, and have opinions about what you should or shouldn’t be doing in life. But if something feels right in your heart, do it. Only you can turn your goals and dreams into reality.

We’ve built our businesses around one simple mindset: “If I don’t do it now, when will I?”

Being a salon owner—and now the owner of two businesses—was never really part of the plan. My passion has always been making people feel good about themselves, and if you know me, you’ll know I can talk for England! That passion naturally grew into a love for teaching, and that’s when I realised I needed a bigger space to make that happen.

Growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up consistently, pushing yourself, and also being honest when things feel overwhelming. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of my fiancée, my family, and of course my amazing RT Salon family.

The reason we hold opening events and relaunches isn’t to show off—it’s to celebrate how far we’ve come and to make sure our salons continue to offer the very best experience for every single client. We want Ruby Tuesdays Salon to be a place where you can walk through the door and feel completely yourself.
