Static lines, Btox & “when should I start?

One of the most common questions I get asked…

“When is the right time to start Btox?”

The answer isn’t always age based. It’s usually when lines start staying behind even when your face is relaxed.

There are 2 types of lines:

Dynamic lines
These appear when you move your face… frowning, raising brows, smiling.

Static lines
These are the lines that begin to stay visible even when your muscles are resting. Think of them as your skin’s little “memory marks”.

Many people ask…

“Will my static lines disappear after one session?”
The honest answer… sometimes yes, sometimes not completely.
Btx relaxes the muscle that is repeatedly folding the skin. Once that movement calms down, the skin gets a chance to soften and recover.

But… if lines have been there a while, they often improve gradually over multiple sessions, not always overnight.

Things that affect this include:

• How long the line has been present
• Skin quality & collagen levels
• Sun exposure / lifestyle
• Strength of muscle movement
• Consistency of treatment

For the past 9 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping people feel confident in themselves through aesthetic treatments, but for me it’s always been about more than just treatments. It’s about making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued the moment they walk through the door.

I’m naturally bubbly, warm, and probably talk too much once I get going 😂 I’ve always believed that nobody should ever feel judged, no matter who they are or what brings them in. I want every client to feel special, relaxed, and able to completely be themselves.

Outside of the clinic, I’m full of ideas and forever finding new business ventures to throw myself into. From starting my own clothing line to once buying a whole food truck before realising… absolutely not 😂 I love creating, building, and chasing new ideas, even if my attention sometimes sprints ahead of me.

What you see is what you get with me. No hidden agenda, no pretending to be perfect, just a genuine person who cares deeply about people, works hard, and tries to bring good energy wherever I go.
