Our brand new private Tesla treatment suite is currently undergoing its transformation and we can’t wait to reveal it.

Designed to give you the ultimate experience, the new room will feature:
•A completely private clinic space
•Its own private entrance
•A calm, luxury environment dedicated exclusively to Tesla treatments

Appointments are now open for August, so you can secure your preferred dates before the official launch.

What is the Tesla Chair?

The Tesla Chair is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles. One session delivers thousands of powerful muscle contractions that simply can’t be achieved through voluntary exercise.

It may help with:
• Pelvic floor strengthening
• Stress urinary incontinence (bladder leaks)
• Urgency and frequency
• Postpartum recovery
• Core strength and stability
• Improved intimate wellness and sexual function
• Mild pelvic organ support by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles

✔️ No surgery
✔️ No needles
✔️ No downtime
✔️ Fully clothed treatment
✔️ Each session takes around 28 minutes

📅 Bookings are now open for August.

What is the Tesla Pelvic Chair?

The Tesla Pelvic Chair (sometimes called the Ultra Tesla Seat or similar depending on the manufacturer) is a non-invasive electromagnetic pelvic floor treatment. It works on the same basic principle as devices like BTL Emsella.

The patient:

* Sits fully clothed.
* No probes.
* No internal treatment.
* No needles.
* No downtime.
* A session typically lasts around 28 to 30 minutes.

How does it work?

The chair produces rapidly changing electromagnetic fields.

These fields:

* Pass through clothing.
* Pass through skin.
* Stimulate the motor nerves.
* Cause involuntary pelvic floor contractions.

The contractions are called supramaximal contractions, meaning they exceed what someone can achieve during normal pelvic floor exercises.

Many manufacturers describe one session as producing the equivalent of around 11,000 pelvic floor contractions.

What muscles are activated?

The chair stimulates much more than just one muscle.

It targets:

* Levator ani
* Pubococcygeus
* Puborectalis
* Iliococcygeus
* Coccygeus
* External urethral sphincter
* Pelvic diaphragm

Indirectly it can also influence:

* Deep core muscles
* Lower abdominal stabilisers
* Sacral nerve pathways

Conditions it may help

1. Stress urinary incontinence

This has the strongest evidence.

Examples include:

* leaking when coughing
* sneezing
* laughing
* jumping
* running
* lifting

2. Mixed urinary incontinence

3. Overactive bladder

Can reduce:

* urgency
* frequency
* night-time urination

4. Pelvic floor weakness after childbirth

One of the biggest patient groups.

Can help restore:

* muscle strength
* support
* bladder control
* confidence

After menopause:

* collagen decreases
* oestrogen falls
* pelvic tissues weaken

Many women notice:

* bladder leaks
* urgency
* reduced vaginal support

Women:

* stronger or***ms
* increased sensation
* improved lubrication
* improved sexual satisfaction

Men:

* erectile function
* ej*******on control
* pelvic muscle strength

What patients feel

During treatment:

* rhythmic tightening
* vibration
* pelvic lifting sensation
* deep muscle contractions
* tingling

It should not be painful. The intensity is usually increased gradually to the highest comfortable level.

Treatment protocol

Most clinics recommend:

* 6 sessions
* twice weekly
* around 30 minutes each

Ideal patients

Excellent candidates include:

* mums after childbirth
* women during menopause
* women with bladder leaks
* gym enthusiasts with pelvic weakness
* runners
* women before prolapse surgery
* men after prostate surgery (with medical guidance)
* older adults wanting to improve continence

Contraindications

The chair is generally not suitable for people with:

* pregnancy
* pacemakers
* implanted defibrillators
* implanted neurostimulators
* drug infusion pumps
* active cancer in the treatment area
* fever or acute infection
* open wounds in the treatment area
* severe pelvic pain of unknown cause
* uncontrolled epilepsy (device-specific guidance may apply)

Possible side effects

Usually mild:

* temporary muscle soreness
* pelvic fatigue
* slight cramping
* increased awareness of pelvic muscles

What it does not do

It does not:

* tighten loose skin
* replace vaginal surgery
* cure severe prolapse
* permanently fix incontinence after one course
* treat every cause of bladder symptoms

Patients often need maintenance sessions because muscles can weaken again over time.

You simply sit, fully clothed and comfortable, while the chair stimulates deep muscle contractions that go far beyond what can typically be achieved through exercise alone.

REVIEWS ♥️

“Everywhere I’ve been before… my brows have dropped.”

That was her biggest concern before treatment.

The goal isn’t to freeze the forehead.
The goal isn’t to make you look heavy.

✔️ Softer forehead lines
✔️ Natural movement maintained
✔️ Brows still beautifully positioned

Safe to say… the brows did NOT drop.

A little special review for me today

This wasn’t just any review. This lovely client was actually my 3rd ever client when I first started my journey.

To think that all these years later she’s still trusting me with her treatments means more than I can put into words. Building Dermaart has never been about numbers, it’s been about creating lasting relationships and helping people feel confident in their own skin.

Reading reviews like this reminds me exactly why I do what I do.
