I appreciate that sometimes appointments need to be changed and cancelled on occasion.

Whilst I have never enforced cancellation fees I do request please that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel and 48 hours should you wish to change your dates.

As you will appreciate this gives me an opportunity to refill time I have held for you and your service and to make a living by refilling your slot.

On the day cancellations do carry a 50% fee.

This is the only way I can sustain my small business going forward thank you or I will risk closure.
