Merry Christmas one and all 🎄don’t forget to take time to relax, realign and restore over the festive season ✨
I have so much appreciation to everyone that has interacted with my little business this past year - it has been a heart-full joy 💗
It’s been a hectic couple of months as our plans to relocate begin to gain momentum and I have decided to temporarily close my doors to clients - it’s been a backwards and forwards kinda decision but one that needed to be made and the end of 2023 seemed like the right time. People of you have been truly wonderful 🙏
I’ll continue to pop on here with words of wisdom, wellness and a little bit of woowoo so please don’t disappear 🫥
Much love, light, joy and peace

A little bit about me…
I’m Miranda, 47 , mum to two fabulous sons and creator of this space. I’ve always tried to have as much balance and harmony in my life as possible - don’t we all wish for this?
This turned into a passion for a natural and holistic lifestyle, which led me to training in complementary therapies, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to create my little business - a space where I could share the balance and harmony I discovered.
Through my training I met some wonderful people, and experienced several reflexology treatments with the talented, sensitive and inspiring - I felt the benefits from the very first session, the deep sense of relaxation was amazing!
It was a conversation with a friend around the physical stamina needed for massage, longevity and being able to continue practising that got me to thinking that maybe reflexology would be kinder to me and my body in the future, so I enrolled on a course.
From the very first day of training I had a strong inkling that reflexology could be the magic thread that bought together everything I had previously learnt and understood about holistic health and wellness. And you know what… I was right!
I have found that being able to weave my other therapies into a reflexology treatment gives my clients a deeper, more harmonious experience. Holding a space to encourage physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance to my clients brings so much joy into my life - heartfelt thanks to you all for trusting me 🙏
3 things about me you may not know…
I also go by the names Randa/Urn/Panda/Mirry - depends who I’m talking too 😂
I am rather partial to peanut butter, mayo and cucumber on toast 😋
I have a finely tuned digestive system- my partner says I’m the windiest 💨 woman he has ever met

A reflexology treatment is fantastic for relaxation, healing and holistic wellbeing. Have a read 👇 to find out more about the possible benefits of this wonderful treatment
👣 Reflexology can reduce stress and promote relaxation. The gentle pressure on the reflexes may help calm the nervous system, allowing the body to release tension and anxiety.
👣 Reflexology is said to enhance blood circulation, which is crucial for delivering oxygen and nutrients to cells.
👣 Many people turn to reflexology to alleviate chronic pain conditions, such as migraines, back pain and arthritis. By targeting specific reflex points, reflexologists can help reduce pain and discomfort.
👣 Regular reflexology sessions may lead to a sense of overall wellbeing. Clients often report improved sleep, increased energy levels and a greater sense of balance in their lives.

World Reflexology Week (18-24 Sept) is a time to celebrate the art and science of reflexology, an ancient practice that continues to transform lives today 👣
Reflexology has a rich history that spans thousands of years. This therapeutic practice can be traced back to ancient Egypt, China and India 👣
The essence of reflexology lies in the belief that specific points on the feet, hands and ears are connected to various organs and systems in the body. By applying pressure to these points, practitioners can stimulate healing responses and restore balance 👣
Keep an eye out for my posts this week as I encourage you to explore the benefits of reflexology, both for personal wellbeing and as part of a holistic approach to health 👣
