Here’s 5 little things to think about that might just change how you approach this coming week.
Because doing your best, looking after yourself better and investing in your body shouldn’t be stressful and complicated and definitely shouldn’t feel like a negative pursuit.
Let’s keep showing up for ourselves and making the best choices we can. And don’t forget to cheer on those around you who are trying to make positive changes too. You never know how much you might help someone just by showing that you’re supporting them.

Another day of sessions and classes completed at The Gym Group Norwich City ✅
Still have to pinch myself sometimes that I get to do this for a living. Working with the best bunch of people and getting them to feel their absolute best, it doesn’t get much better than that!
And we get to do it all over again tomorrow 💪
Friday night is pizza night! 🍕
But let’s get this right:
❌ it’s not a “cheat” meal
❌ there’s no guilt attached
❌ there’s no making up for it tomorrow
✅ it’s just a delicious meal that I can enjoy, even if it’s not the most nutritious
Enjoying food is a big part of life (it certainly is for me) and you shouldn’t feel like you’re missing out on that just because you’re trying to make healthier choices.
I strongly encourage all of my clients to include every kind of food in their diet in moderation because there is nothing more likely to ruin your progress than feeling like you’re sacrificing all your favourite things.
With a bit of planning and consideration meals like this can absolutely be part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Stop the restrictive mindset and start living your best life! 💗🫶💛
If I let fear stop me I wouldn’t have done the most important things I’ve done in life.
I wouldn’t have started a business.
I wouldn’t have trained to be a wrestler.
I wouldn’t have moved to Norwich.
I wouldn’t have bought a house.
I wouldn’t have got a puppy.
You never know until you try. So don’t let fear hold you back. You are stronger and more capable than you think. And you will never know what could be until you try 💗
I need you to know that it’s ok to not be your best when things are difficult.
When you’re facing challenges left right and centre you shouldn’t feel bad for not showing up for yourself in the way that you normally should. And giving yourself a hard time about it is certainly not going to help.
But I am a big believer in this rule. Let yourself have a day to not be your best, give yourself permission to just take a day. But have the mindset that tomorrow you are going to take time to invest in yourself again.
A bit of time to wallow is fine, I might even say it’s essential. But the longer you let yourself live in that space, the easier it is for that to start feeling like your normal. And you deserve better than that 🫶💗💛

This is as real as it gets! These are the kind of meals I’m eating daily that help me hit my calories and macros on a vegan diet 🌱
It might not be aesthetically pleasing but this is an honest reflection of how I’m eating 80% of the time.
I absolutely love cooking but these days I’m almost always short on time so I need meals that are quick, easy and convenient and this stuff always does the job.
And do you know what? It’s all stuff I actually enjoy eating too!
