NIA Norwich is on tomorrow at 18.10-19.20 (doors open at 6pm) in Daynes Hall Dance Studio @ Norwich (cathedral) school.
We are looking forward to welcoming new NIA friends this week, first class is free so come along and give it a go, there is nothing to lose apart from the stresses of your day!!

Hello everyone, NIA Norwich is changing Tuesdays venue as from this week. From Tuesday 6th November we will be dancing and moving in Daynes Hall Dance Studio @ Norwich (cathedral) school. Time remains unchanged, 6.15-7.15pm but doors will open from 6pm. Looking forward to welcoming new and regular NIA friends.

Good Morning! I would love to invite as many of you as can make it this evening to join us to dance NIA. Our last class before half term 6.10 for 6.15 start in the drama studio at Norwich High School for Girls. No previous dance experience necessary! Just come along to experience the joy of movement ….and getting together to experience an hour of fun. Please share this post with anyone who may be interested, classes will resume again after half term, please watch this space for future class details and workshops. NIA is a wonderful fusion fitness technique that encompasses several practices, supporting the body through a unique fitness program, replacing punishment with pleasure. A holistic form of movement that adapts to every level of fitness.
