🚨 Important Notice Regarding Pricing🚨
This will be my last price increase for a while.
I still believe my prices are affordable and reflect the value of what I offer, you can't put a price on your health because health is wealth.
We are coming up to a full year of doing this full-time and honestly, I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come.
I've got big plans for the future and I'm committed to constantly improving by investing my time and money into more courses, better equipment and learning from other sports therapists around the country and the world.
The sky really is the limit for what we can achieve here.

For me self recovery is 🔑 to longevity because health is wealth and my philosophy is if I can't look after myself, how can I look after my clients.
Little bit of muscle scraping goes a long way, now I've heard both good and bad things about muscle scraping, personally I love it and ive had some incredible results from my clients, I know for a fact some people absolutely hate it 👀 and that's fine because I'll adjust to what ever you're comfortable with, same goes with dry needling, I'll work with you and your tolerances, simple as that but I believe in balance, when you combine all techniques and tools, you can achieve unbelievable results for clients, I'm always learning new techniques and using what I believe will fix the issues or make a good start towards fixing the issues.
The thing with muscle scraping is the bruising, obviously ive seen people go way overboard and it's a bit over kill in my opinion but the bruising is the key to the recovery process because that bruising we've caused is gonna your white blood cells to rush straight to that area, so what ever issues you have their is now gonna get sped up by the white blood cells because they're gonna heal the area and speed up the recovery process.
I'm always open to gaining more knowledge and learning new techniques 😁

So thought this would be a great example of how to react to potential injuries and such.
Don't let that ego take over, when it comes to injures or potential injuries, if your body is telling you something ain't right, just listen to it because there's always another day 🫡
If you don't want to fully rest and I advise not resting completely, I highly recommend active recovery, a light run, go for a walk or if you have access, go for a swim, point being it's better to keep moving than fully stop.

Working underneath the shoulder blades, getting rid of any pain, discomfort, tension, tightness and restrictions, this is a very common area to where you'll get some trigger points/facial restrictions (you'll know them as knots but they ain't knots because it's impossible for your muscles to get knotted up)

Ice 🧊 or heat 🔥 for recovery, which one do you prefer.
I'm my opinion and from what I've learned so far, Ice baths/showers are absolutely crap for recovery, amazing for the mentality side of things but awful for recovery.
Saunas, heat pads are much more effective for speeding up your recovery.

We are hitting a crucial part of our development next month, no shows/cancellations under 24 hours will not be tolerated. This is my full time career, I love what I do and it's incredible to do this full time but when you book in and ghost me, it really does my head in and I lose income I can put towards growth and developing new skills,techniques, equipment and course, so if this happens again, I will be installing a 60% deposit fee upfront.
We are heading into phase 2, this is gonna be amazing for those that want our help.
