Some hacks you can do to reduce kcals in your Frappes in the coffee shop:
- ask for almond or coconut milk
- ask for sugar free syrup variations or less pumps of syrup
- ask for no cream
- ask for a smaller and not a 20oz cup 😅🤣😬

More reasons why looking after your gut health is so important...
Don’t fall into the trap of only thinking calories and focusing on weight loss and deficit alone.
It is true that those things need to be in order to lose bodyfat, but you won’t FEEL GOOD or BE HAPPY just because your or have the - you must make sure of HEALTH onside and out for that and the gut should be your first step.

- Fizzy drinks
- Alcohol
- Processed foods
- minimise inflammatory foods like gluten, dairy
- overuse of cleaning products and other chemicals

With the weekends becoming more social it’s easy to slip with your diet...
So here are some tips to help you stay on track 🤓
1. Aim to eat the same foods you usually do from the start of the day - this will ensure you don’t starve yourself and set yourself up for a binge later.
2. Choose 0kcal drinks and mixers.
3. Socialising smart means - plan in advance, check menu és, set yourself boundaries of how many drinks of food you’ll be having when out, and don’t respond to peer pressure.

Being Mindful is part of a & life!
Many people stress and obsess way too much about losing weight or changing their appearance, that it makes them soooo unhappy and it actually slows down their progress and ruins them being able to “enjoy the journey” of achieving said goals...
mandi likes to compare this to when you try to hold onto as much sand in your palm as possible - but you do this by squeezing your palms together - making the sand actually just run through your fingers...
If only you find the balance and calm down, you could just hold it all there in your palms instead... 💕

🌟SUCCESS STORY 🌟
One of our long-term Amazons; , someone who is a BIG motivation to us all 💕😍
I remember when we started with Clare... she has already been hard at work on her weight loss journey for a couple of years, but still I don’t think she believed she can achieve what we have done ...
She has been worried and scared of people judging her “like the Amazons” or what people thought of her in the gym.
She was struggling with relationship with food alcohol both - she was in a constant restrict binge cycle.
TOGETHER we have worked on balancing her daily habits so she doesn’t feel like restricting all the time and allows for treats, rest and enjoyment.
We have worked on mindset and continued to grow her trust and belief in herself and what she can achieve - progressively making it more believable for her that we CAN on fact ACHIEVE that seemingly far away goal she has once set and couldn’t at the time even imagine what it would feel like having achieved it.
We have had to work on so many more things than just “losing weight”; mobility, strength, cardio fitness, mindset, fun skills, recovery, sleep, hormonal balance and sooooo much more - and she has been RELENTLESS
I DIDN’T DO THIS

I am here to show people the way and it’s then their job to walk it, and put the work in
No one here is a magician though...
We are just a really good team, with great communication between us, good knowledge and work ethic and never stopping or giving in.
