If you want to relax and get your body and mind in balance through massage or facials this is for you. If you have a problematic area, tight muscles, sore body, skin problems this is for you as I combine working the outer 'shell' and balancing whats going on inside together.

Please come as you are ladies and I will design your treatments for you.

Its been a tuesday of rest.

Facials and massage
I will choose the products for you in your consultation and as we continue your facials the products and techniques may also change. Your skin never stays the same so adapting with it helps see results and give it the best care it needs

Hydration facial complete.

'When the atmosphere supports stillness, the body listens'.

My aim has always been to create a space where all ladies feel safe, can let the barriers down and let their bodies and minds calm on such a deep level that they find rest, even healing from life's trials.

If you need silence, music, audio book, sounds please ask and I will make the space your own.
One massage or facial is stepping forward and saying, yes its me time!.
Booking regularly and protecting that time for you is a life investment physically and mentally.

Your whole self will know when you come to the room its rest time and you will start to get to that place faster each time.

Book for the months ahead.

Lymphatic drainage is a specialised massage.

Its uses very slow, rhythmic movements to move the lymph that is just under the skin towards the lymph nodes.

This massage is slow but can also release you into a deep rest. So whilst its there to help your body with lymphodema and swelling it can also help energise you.
