I won’t lie… it’s not always easy, no matter how it might look from the outside. I always want to be real about that.

Balancing content, clients, the training academy, running of the salon, being a mum, partner and everyday life — while still showing up consistently — can feel overwhelming. I’ve lost followers along the way, I’ve felt completely drained at times… but I’ve realised something important.

I don’t want to build a life or a business that comes at the cost of my peace.
