My client came in for a thorough consultation after experiencing significant weight loss and wanted to restore some of the volume she had lost within her face.

With age, our natural facial fat pads can gradually reduce and descend, and significant weight loss can make this loss of volume much more noticeable.

Here, I used dermal filler strategically into the mid-face to help replace lost volume, restore support and create a softer, more balanced appearance — without changing her natural features. ✨

Using 2ml across the lips and chin, we’ve created a more defined, balanced front and side profile while keeping everything looking beautifully natural.

Before, there was a slight unevenness from previous dermal filler placement in the lips. By carefully blending and adding volume where needed, I was able to restore balance, enhance the lip shape and create a much more harmonious result.

I absolutely LOVE this transformation 😍✨

This lovely girl wanted a subtle enhancement — balancing the top lip with the bottom while keeping her exact natural lip shape.
