✨ THE STORY BEHIND THE NAIL COLLECTIVE ✨

People keep asking me why I created The Nail Collective.

The truth is... because I remember exactly what it felt like.

Before Charisma, I ran my own nail business for four years.

I remember the excitement of being self-employed.

But I also remember the quieter moments.

Wondering where the next booking was coming from.

Doing every job myself.

Trying to be the nail technician, the marketer, the receptionist, the accountant, and the business owner all at the same time.

Self-employment can be incredible.

But it can also feel lonely.

And that's what inspired The Nail Collective.

I wanted to create the kind of space I would have loved to have had when I was building my own business.

A beautiful professional environment.

A community of like-minded nail technicians.

A place where you can keep your independence whilst still feeling supported.

A place where people celebrate your wins, encourage you through the challenges, and genuinely want to see you succeed.

The Nail Collective isn't just about nail desks.

It's about creating a community where talented nail technicians can build businesses they're proud of.

A space where you're self-employed...
