Dear Clients,

Our Christmas time is now avaliable to book. As it can be really busy during this time of the year, we would recommending booking in advance and to arrive at your appointment on time. We will still leave avaliable slot for walk in but you will be limited on what service you can get and what designs you’re wanting, just depending on the day.

The longest we will wait for your appointment is 5mins, any later and your appoinment will automatically be cancelled and may need to be rescheduled depending on avaliability. But please still call up if you’re running late just so we can see if we can still fit you in on the same day, if not it will have to be rescheduled.

Anyone wanting complex designs like 3D, Charms, Chrome designs needs to book in, if you walk in wanting this type of design we may not be able to do the design you’re wanting. Anyone wanting a Pedicure will also need to book in, as this service may not be provided in the evening.
Because of how unpredictable christmas is, theres a chance some booked clients will have to wait 5-15mins, this delay would be because of clients who have requested complex designs, we are sorry in adance if this does ever occur and will try our best so this does not happen.
