Good morning all.
Going forward, any service which is more than than 90mins long will require a20%deposit when booking.
Should you cancel less than 3 days before your appointment, then this deposit is non-refundable.
Alternatively it will be taken from your next appointment.
I know you can't help taking ill and I'm not happy about having to do this, but please understand your colours etc are tailored to your hair.
When you cancel at short notice they are left sitting on a shelf and I am out of pocket.
Alot of you are my friends or have become my friends but please appreciate this is my income and if you cancel at short notice I can't fill your appointment space and again, I'm out of pocket.
