It is SO overwhelming sometimes and It can feel chaotic BUT it can also be your greatest gift, YOUR SUPER POWER when you stop trying to force your mind to work like everyone elseโs. It has taken me up until now, learning, unlearning, understanding and misunderstanding. You start to feel so much better in your mind & body when the masks drop & you can start aligning with yourself on truth, in depth and everything else that comes with it. ๐ฅ
