We’re a small business, and every appointment has real running costs behind it from Practitioner wages and insurance to products, stock and keeping the clinic open. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it is often too late to offer that time to somebody else, meaning we lose the appointment twice when we then reschedule it. 🤎

We completely understand that life happens, we have to pay for appointments we can’t attend when something unexpected comes up too. But as a self employed small business owner that has employees, I would never expect someone to work without being paid, and I hope you can understand why we have to protect our appointment time and business in the same way 🤎
