𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮

As a 𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙩, missed appointments directly affect my business. I kindly ask that you respect the following:

• Please give at least 48 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨’ 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨’ 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 will be charged 50% of the service booked.

• 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙚-𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙣𝙤-𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙨 will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

• Any deposits taken are 𝙣𝙤𝙣-𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚, but can be transferred to a future appointment with sufficient notice.

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced or cancelled if I’m unable to complete the service, and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:

• £40 deposit for all colour services
• £10 deposit for all smaller services (such as cut & blow-dry)

Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the final appointment cost.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations outside of this notice period will result in the deposit being lost.

A new chapter for me 💇‍♀️✨
As many of you know, my previous salon sadly closed down — a place and a team I will miss very much. I’m so grateful for all the memories and support there.

I’m also really excited and happy to share that I’ll now be working at The Edge in Newark town centre! I can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and new clients in my new space.
