This month looked a little different.
We travelled back from Ibiza, spent precious time in mainland Spain… and came home to the UK actually welcoming us back with sunshine ☀️
But May wasn’t about doing more.
Working more.
Having more.
Consuming more.
It was about being.
Being present.
Slowing down.
Reconnecting with my own way of doing life…
Looking after myself.
Looking after my dog 🐾

Long walks. Sunshine. Simpler moments. More breathing space. More noticing.
