Cancellation Policy:
Pre-booking and payment is essential to secure your slot. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes/sessions, if you cancel less than that time, you will lose the full session payment.

Since coming back from Australia for personal reasons I had a choice.
Take a salaried job, level out mentally and not have the stress of building a client base where my focus was mainly on personal training. Sports massage I did on the side for most of my time. Ultimately we need to pay bills and if it didn’t work, I would have to take a job.
Option two: go for it, give my all, invest and continue to do what I’m passionate about. Helping people.
For me I’ve always promised myself I wouldn’t turn my back on my passion for money, I reminded myself of that and that’s why I just went all in on this. The fact I get to do what I love on a daily basis and spend time with some amazing people is a great feeling.
Things often happen in our lives to remind us why life is truly too short and to live it.
I’ve recently hit a business milestone which I’m so proud of, it’s nothing major to some people I bet but to me, it is.
I was on the edge of giving up and turning my back on everything, no one sees the struggle behind the scenes, it’s ruined me in the past many times. I’ve always got back up and kept going, this time I didn’t think I could. But I did.
The team at Mossops have been so supportive and I’m so grateful to everyone for that. ❤️
I’m a one man band with a passion, it’s because of you all I get to do that daily. Thank you and the only way is up.

Tight calves are a common issue with so many people. People who are on their feet all day with work or those who are very active, or both!
Bending the knee relaxes and shortens the calf, allowing the tightness to be released easier. This massage technique is very effective.
Book in a massage, daily pain doesn’t have to be a reality.

Really encouraging to hear such positive feedback generally, but it’s amazing when I hear it from experienced medical professionals and other therapists.
Really does mean a lot that everyone is happy, I’ve met so many new people. It’s because of you all that I get to do what I love on a daily basis. I never take it for granted and my standards are the priority.
