We didn’t win last night. But, I still feel like I won!! 🖤

The love in that room was honestly something else last night.
To even be considered as a finalist for Celebrity Hairstylist of the Year meant more to me than I can really put into words. Never in my wildest dreams as a baby stylist did I ever think I would be doing this.

And the fact that so many of you have come along for that ride means absolutely everything.
Every person who has sat in my chair. Every person who has shared a post. Every person who has recommended me to a friend. Every band, artist, festival and brand that has trusted me.
Every single one of you!

I genuinely love what I do, and I’ve spent years showcasing Heavy Metal Hairdresser as a true reflection of myself, no bu****it, no gimmick, no crowd pleasing just to fit in. Our little goth Korner of the internet has given me so much confidence to just be me.

You’re the reason I get to do this!

So no… I didn’t take home the trophy.
But I’m really fu***ng proud

IT’S MANGATA FESTIVAL DAY! 🖤🔥

I’m bloody honoured to have my own stage again this year… and looking at that lineup, they’ve only gone and made it a BIG one!

40 bands. 5 stages. One VERY heavy day!

There’s some seriously talented bands on that lineup, but obviously… the HEAVY METAL HAIRDRESSER STAGE is where you need to be! 🤘🏻

If you’re heading down to Mangata Festival today, come and find me at Rescue Rooms . I’ll be there all day, hanging out, watching bands, meeting you lot and hopefully having a few beers along the way! 😂
