📌 No-Show & Cancellation Policy Update

As a small, self-employed business, my time is my livelihood. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last-minute, it results in lost income and costs that still need to be covered.

To ensure fairness and keep my business running smoothly, a fee will apply to all no-show appointments. The fee will be the total amount of the appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time. Your support means everything.
