What a weekend… and still only April ☀️

Helen took Mollie to Anderby Creek beach for the first time and she absolutely loved it—ran her little legs off and came home completely shattered 🐾

They even sat on the sand dunes soaking up the sun—and yes, SPF was on!

We say it all the time in the salon, but SPF really is one of the best things you can do for your skin. It’s not just for sunny days… it’s an everyday essential.

Even when it’s cloudy, UV rays are still there, quietly breaking down collagen and contributing to lines and pigmentation over time.

And SPF in your moisturiser? Not enough. Your skin absorbs the moisturiser, so after a few hours there’s very little protection left on the surface. A separate SPF really does make all the difference.
