Once again a big colour that's book in decided not to show up not even a call. I think it dam right disgraceful. These are affecting our business. We are going to have to write a list of people that regularly ever not turning up cancel not even 24 hours before make them pay a deposit. We need 48hours guys list of the time we have cancellation list so if you cancel 48 hour before we can transfer your deposit on your next appointments. People don't realise the impact thus causes on small businesses. A telephone call that's all it take. Cancellation will only be taken over the phone no inboxes please as we dont get time to read them sometimes. Trying to keep cost down for all the regulars to. Thanks for reading
