Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice please.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a £25 fee
as we are unable to reallocate your appointment time.
When you cancel last minute the stylists day completely changes with overheads still to pay 🥲

A deposit may be required when booking longer or colour services. This deposit is non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and these will be considered at our discretion.
