What a wonderful afternoon I’ve had at Attenborough Village Fete, sharing my love and knowledge of Weleda with local people.

I’ve met so many lovely people and had some interesting conversations. One woman was testing out some arnica massage oil and said, right that’s going straight on my knee. Within minutes she was buying a full- size bottle saying it had helped with her pain in that short time!

How are you surviving the heat?! ☀️🔥

Most of us have been dreaming of warmer weather but now that it's here (and in excess of 30 degrees in many places) how do you keep cool?

I've been making the most of the Weleda Bath Milks, just a capful in some cool or even cold water, can help make a big difference in bringing body temperature down and relieving swollen, tired feet.

🪻Fill a bowl (I have washing up bowls I keep just for this!) with enough water to cover feet & ankles making sure it's at a temperature that feels good to you.

🌹Take a capful of your favourite bath milk or a couple of drops of essential oil and carefully swirl into the water in a figure of 8 gesture. Alternatively you can add a cupful of Epsom salts, sea salt or a good splash of apple c***r vinegar. The salts would need dissolving in a little hot water first though.

🌼Add lavender flowers, rose petals, herbs such as rosemary, sage or thyme.

🌸Make sure you have everything you need at hand such as towel, foot cream, cold drink, snacks.

🪻Take time out to relax and enjoy a bit of 'you' time!
