Why Hypopressives Are the Missing Link in Postnatal Recovery.
Most postnatal programmes focus on strengthening exercises, but they often skip the crucial step of restoring function and balance between your diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor.
Hypopressives rebuild this foundation first, making all other exercises safer and more effective.
Hello girls
I just wanted to tell you what I have discovered during this past year.
I wanted to eat the nice things I wanted and I love wine and tequila, as you know😋
I found intermittent fasting, which had helped me to keep my weight meanwhile eating and drinking what I like. You know that after COVID I didn't do as many classes as I used to..
The only trick is to be busy. As long as you are busy, you can skip breakfast. 16 hours with out food, only with tee, black coffee, or a spoon of coconut oil.
It really works!
At the beginning it is difficult, I could only make it to 12 am. Then I quit, then I try again, I and I discovered it was easier to get to 2pm, then I quit and I try again, I could get to 3pm. Then I managed to get to 4, now 5 pm. Don't get me wrong, I still feel I bit hungry around 11 am, but besides that I am feeling very good. I feel fully energised, not like the beginning. I know I am burning ketones, witch is the fuel for the brain.
If you really want to know how intermittent fasting works, read a book about it, is very good for you, I read a very good book, by Melanie Avalon, she explains it very well. But I am sure you can find lots of other books about intermittent fasting. I try to get as close as I can, to paleo diet. But as I love bread and scones is not happening soon.
My goal is to eat everything I like, doing only the exercise I need to keep my body fit. Not model type I have to say.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me, I am not an expert but I will try to help you the best I can.
Is tomorrow! Good posture reduces back and neck pain
The proper alignment of your spine allows you to move easily so that your body supports your weight without strain. Poor posture can place stress on your tendons, muscles and ligaments, leading to neck and back pain.
If you suffer from neck and back pain, it may surprise you to know that improving your posture may go a long way in easing your symptoms.
Who Can Benefit? - Hypopressives Training
Everybody can benefit from Hypopressives, because they are all about retraining your core muscles to work as they were designed to.
