My baby will be 6 months so im not doing many late nights just a heads up so please book early if you require a lunch or Saturday appointments.

Hours are
Thursday 9-5.30 (late night will be by appointment only and if I can get childcare )
Friday 9.30-5.30
Saturday 9-4pm

Like a lot of a small businesses. our costs have increased. so from 1't June there will be a small increase accross some of our services.
This allows us to keep investing in the best products and reflects rising running costs allowing us to continue offering the quality, time and care you expect from our salon experience.

I have worked at the beauty lounge for 4 years now, wow! time flies

I love working at the beauty lounge pampering all the lovely clients.
The salon is like a big family and often people walk in and know each other and catch up which is one of my fave things about our salon home.
The salon feels like a safe place to come, be pampered, talk and share your life stories.
I love doing all treatments but particularly love nails and being creative with nail art and being thrown challenges with designs. Give me an ombre im your girl or a cute floral design.

Outside of work my time is spent with family and friends. I love a sing song and a dance from time to time  and im known to have a little sing song at work  hence my nickname karaoke kayleigh 😛😛

I’m a qualified beauty therapist at the beauty lounge
I have over 10 years salon experience.
Ive been at the salon 6 years now and work part time 3 days a week.

What I love about my job is my team and clients, i thrive in making all my clients feel better about themselves whether it’s a luxury facial or painting their nails. I specialise in all things beauty from BIAB nails, LVL lashes to microdermabrasion, I would love to expand more into high tech facials .. so watch this space on ne treatments coming for 2026/27.

Im your girl for a LVL lash lift ... getting those lashes on point.
At home im newly married with 2 beautiful girls at home. I love family holidays and a cheeky prosecco.

I have hairdressing at the Beauty Lounge for over 9 years now. I started when I was just 21 and now touching 30!

Watching a clients face light up when they see their hair will never get old.. making people feel happy & confident is the best part of the job.

I'm also top snack provider. Best believe you have a good choice of sweet treats at your hair appointment!

Red Bull is my guilty pleasure and YES I know it's bad for you and NO I can't stop 🤪 (just 1 a day tho DW guys x)

We can chat, we can play therapists, we can giggle, we can cry. I am here for all of people life milestones and I LOVE that too!

I love working at the Beauty Lounge because we are such a tight friendly team. We have such a laugh together inside and outside the salon!

I work part-time around my family of 5. I have 2 beautiful children and a stunning teenage step daughter. Oh and I get married in less than 4 months (aah).
My family are my absolute world and I have the perfect work/life balance.

This year I have taken the leap to go self employed and it's the best thing I've done! Everything I do is for my little babies.

Im Lauren aka The Boss
I started the Beauty Lounge over 18 years ago this May and I still feel like it was only yesterday. What started as a single 1 man (or woman) band has now built to a fabulous team of 4. I absolutely love my salon and my amazing team who I am lucky to say that they are more than just a team they are friends for life and all woman i fully admire and are proud of.
Im lucky to have built a amazing client base and some of you have been with me from the very start when I came into this industry at 19.
I pride myself of customer service and making you all feel like you can be yourself and comfortable, happy and pampered and to feel at home when you walk through that door.
I have been in the industry well over 23 years now and I still love my job which says alot.
My passion is all things beauty but my real joy is nails and with that an addiction to gel polishes .. i mean who needs over 400 colours... meeee. that is what makes me happy is new colours collections, glitters everything.
I love helping you all choose a colour and designs and at the same time creating some beautiful sets while having a catch up, gossip and general chit chat.
Im known for a cuppa.. builders every time and also known for not ever wanting to do a ombre nail... its a no from me 😜
Outside of work Im a mummy to 2 beautiful children and a fur mummy to my old lady queenie.
Home life and salon life are very important to me and I feel I have the perfect balance with both.
Im currently working part time 3 days a week. But watch this space for 2027.. big things are happening and its going to be epic.
