💉Dermal filler used carefully and precisely to balance this lovely ladies facial features.

⚖️ I started with the cheeks as the lower face looked full in comparison to the mid portion of the face.

I used dermal filler to bring out the areas around the mouth that had deep creases but the goal wasn't to eradicate completely just soften 🔅

This was her first time having any aesthetic treatments so I didn't want to go over board and create masses of trauma and give her a big recovery of swelling and potentially bruising.

In total I used 3mls of filler for the face and 0.5ml in the lips (Restylane Kysse my face for natural lips).

Numbing was applied all over the lips and around the mouth and she reported no pain issues.

⏰ Treatment time was around 90 mins and we did a consultation first (30 minutes whilst numbing at the same time).

This seems like a long time, however if I'm going to use dermal filler in these amounts and we are working on several areas of the face, I believe I work better with no pressure to be quick. I need time so I can think properly to keep reassessing the facial structures as I progress through the treatment. I will pick a starting point usually the cheeks or temples and keep checking in with you, using a mirror and checking you are happy with the progression.

This last year has been packed full of training and further education. November saw me partaking in a non surgical rhinoplasty course (my third may I add).
I feel tonnes more confident treating this area now. We went in depth into anatomy from bone, cartilage, vessels and how to use toxin also to treat things like flared nostrils or a nose that widens when you smile and laugh (like mines does and I hate).

I was a model for one of the delegates and opted out of having numbing cream. Pain level was practically zero. No swelling or bruising and I haven't needed any down time. Easy- quick- non surgical - temporary (9-12 months).

So the before pic on the left is not her baseline anatomy which goes to show filler in the nose really lasts. Her previous visit to see me was 6 months ago.
