Do we deliver to your address? We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place we will notify you as soon as possible. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK and overseas mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times. You will be contacted by the Duty Free Perfume team if your order is affected. Can you send my order to an address different to my billing address? Yes! When you first register on the site you will need to enter the billing address where your payment card is registered to. During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to enter a delivery address which may be different to your billing address. This is great for sending gifts! We must have the Card Holders Address and contactable telephone number in case security verification is needed. What if I´m not in when you deliver? Royal Mail deliveries will require a signature. If you parcel cannot be left somewhere safe Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange redelivery. Standard recorded 1st Class deliveries will require a signature. Recorded deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 6pm. Please use a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel e.g at home, at work, with a friend or with your mum! If you are not in when delivery is attempted a note will be left for you. You
will need to contact your local sorting office to arrange a new delivery date or arrange collection
Uncollected parcels will be sent back to us at which time you will be refunded your Item amount less the postage we have paid (£3.99) as a sale has not been made. If you still require your item after it has been returned you will need to go on-line to re-order your Item which will be sent to you as it was inititially.
