Following the Covid-19 Pandemic, I put extra measures in place for the safety of you my clients and me as the therapist. I will continue to operate within the Government guidelines for the re-opening on the 2nd December 2020.

No treatments are currently restricted however it is advised where possible to reduce treatment times. We can discuss this at the time of making a booking.

Upon arrival you are required to complete a COVID-19 Disclaimer, about your general health in the last few weeks. I request that you are to be as honest and accurate as possible. This information will be kept securely for 21 days.

Please scan the track and trace bar code upon entry if possible. If this is not possible I will keep a hard copy record for track and trace purposes.

Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry for you to use.

You are required to wear a face mask to help protect both of us. This needs to be in place prior to entering the property. If you need to purchase one, there will be a £1 fee added to your service

Please arrive at your appointment on time, alone, and with limited belongings, this will reduce the likelihood of cross contamination.

Upon arrival if you can please text me to let me know you have arrived, to ensure the previous client has left the premises.

Please try and keep to your appointment times as with extra guidelines in place I may not be able to do your treatment if there is not enough time.

Payment - cash or card will be accepted.

– noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?

If you have any of these symptoms, no matter how mild please let me know and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Treatments will be LIMITED to: Waxing excluding face. Foot, hand and NAIL services. I CAN NOT offer any type of facial treatments at the moment. 😞

Below are the list of treatments that I can NOT carry out at present as this will invalidate my insurance and can put us both at risk.
Please bare in mind we do not make the rules and we all want to be able to offer you all the treatments we love. However things are changing daily so watch this space and I’ll keep you posted 😘
