Why do we not allow ourselves the TLC we deserve?
This is something I talk about a lot.
Is it the pressure of society to be the perfect parent or an employee who works 12-hour days? I say enough of that. What we should be focusing on is our wellbeing. We need to all do more things that make us happy. A little pampering gets the thumbs up from me.
So, let’s start with one of my festive facials…because this time of year should be about joy and spoiling ourselves, not just those around us.
