Polite Notice to our clients

Re: No shows and Cancellations.

We have recently had a few no shows and last minute cancellations of appointments.
Sadly this has been extremely short notice , or in some cases no notice at all. We have not been able to offer these appointments to other clients wanting to book in and the salon has had to absorb the losses.
Going forwards if you do not attend for your appointment without cancelling with at least 24hrs notice. We will ask you to pay 50% of the booked missed appointment to cover salon losses.
*emergency situations it will not always be possible to give 24 hrs notice, in these circumstances we will try to as considerate and accommodating as possible.
