I attended my first-ever Reformer Pilates session today at and it was absolutely amazing! 🤍

Lara was such a fantastic instructor and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I was really nervous beforehand, but she was so welcoming and supportive throughout.

It was such a great session—I left feeling invigorated, super stretched, and so much better afterwards!

The location is incredibly convenient too, especially being just up the road from us. If you’re local, please support this fantastic independent business and give them a try.

Their matcha and coffee bar is also open to everyone, even if you’re not taking a class. I had the most amazing strawberry matcha, and I can’t recommend it enough! 🍓💚
