Cancellation policy
Ladies after seeing so many status’s and posts From fellow hair and beauty businesses about cancellation policies the time has come for my business to implement them and to be strict with it. It’s something I’ve never done as I’ve never felt the need to, however these last few months are getting a little overwhelming and frustrating with clients wanting to re schedule/cancel appointments super last minute which leaves me no time to fill the appointment.
You all know how much I value each and everyone of you and my business wouldn’t be where it is today without all of you, so I do hope you all understand. ❤️❤️❤️

So from today

48 hours notice of a cancellation/re schedule will require a 50% fee of the cost of your appointment before I rebook you for your next appointment.

If you are not home when I arrive for our appointment I will require full payment for your booked appointment before rebooking another appointment. As that doesn’t just cost my time but also fuel and sometimes childcare costs so leaves me deeply out of pocket.

Again I truly appreciate every single one of you and hope you all understand ❤️
