My First Formula. 🤍

13/09/2026

I’ve been working with facial massage techniques for many years, particularly Kobido — a technique I truly love and continue to value deeply.

But since introducing 🌱Split Massage🌱 into my practice, I’ve discovered a different level of depth in the way we can work with the face.

Every so often, I come across comments such as:

“Hands simply can’t create results like that.”
“You can’t achieve this through massage.”
“I work with the face, and I know this isn’t possible.”

I understand where this perception comes from.

We’ve been taught to think of facial massage as something that works primarily on the surface. But the face is far more complex than the skin we see.

With age, changes occur not only within the skin, but also in the muscles, adipose tissue, fascia, ligaments and other deeper structures.

This is why Split Massage begins with assessment — not with massage.

Through skilled palpation, the practitioner carefully reads the tissues: their density, mobility, tension and balance, while observing asymmetries and considering what may be happening beneath the surface.

Only then is the treatment shaped around the individual face.

There is no one-size-fits-all protocol.

Instead, there is a considered process:

assess → understand → work precisely.

And this is what I find so compelling about Split Massage.

It is not simply a sequence of beautiful facial massage movements.

It is a refined, deeply informed approach to manual facial work — one that allows us to feel the tissues, understand what we find, and work with the deeper structures rather than simply working over the surface.

For me, this is where the real artistry of facial massage begins. 💚🤲

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE — WHEN YOUR BODY CRAVES LIGHTNESS 🌱

We often think about caring for our muscles, releasing tension, and recovering from fatigue. But there is another important system in the body that we rarely think about — the lymphatic system.

It plays a role in maintaining fluid balance in the tissues and supporting the body’s natural processes. Long periods of sitting, standing, limited movement, and everyday physical demands can often be accompanied by feelings of heaviness, tiredness, and discomfort.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialised, gentle, and rhythmic technique designed to work delicately with the body’s tissues and support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid.

Unlike a deep or intensive massage, lymphatic drainage does not rely on strong pressure. The movements are gentle, flowing, and carefully performed.

🤔 Why do people love this massage?

• it creates a wonderful feeling of lightness and comfort;
• especially enjoyable for heavy-feeling or tired legs;
• helps you unwind after a demanding day;
• can become part of a regular self-care routine;
• combines a gentle technique with a deeply relaxing experience.

Lymphatic drainage massage is more than simply a relaxing treatment. It is an opportunity to give attention to your body and reconnect with how it feels.

Imagine arriving tired and leaving with the feeling that your body has finally had a chance to breathe and let go. 😇

Sometimes self-care begins with something simple — slowing down, listening to your body, and allowing yourself a little more lightness and relaxation.

Lymphatic drainage massage can become one of those beautiful self-care rituals that you naturally want to return to.

Sculpting Massage – An Advanced Approach to Facial Rejuvenation and Wellbeing

True beauty is not defined by the skin alone. It begins with the health, balance, and vitality of the tissues beneath the surface.

Sculpting Massage is an advanced manual therapy that works with the facial muscles, fascia, and soft tissues using precise, highly specialised techniques. By restoring tissue mobility and releasing accumulated tension, it supports the body’s natural regenerative processes while enhancing the face’s natural harmony.

This treatment may help to:
• improve blood and lymphatic circulation;
• reduce facial puffiness and signs of fatigue;
• enhance tissue oxygenation and nutrient delivery;
• relieve tension in the jaw, face, neck, and scalp;
• support healthier tissue function and overall facial wellbeing;
• promote deep relaxation and help calm the nervous system.

Every face is unique, which is why each treatment is individually tailored to your anatomy, needs, and goals.

My philosophy is simple: not to change your face, but to restore its natural balance, softness, and vitality through skilled, evidence-informed manual therapy.

Because lasting beauty begins with healthy tissues, expert hands, and a body in balance.

✨ Starting in September, I’ll be offering a new treatment — Sculpting Massage for the face and neck ✨

I’m currently training in this signature deep manual rejuvenation technique - a Sculpting Massage. From September, I’ll be opening bookings for treatments.

This is a very important step for me. I truly believe in a gentle, natural, and holistic approach to beauty, where the face is seen not in isolation, but in connection with the body’s overall condition, muscles, posture, breathing, and inner tension. I want to offer clients not just visible results, but a soft, safe, and truly natural renewal without surgery or injections.

Split massage is a deep treatment for the face and neck, where tension, fatigue, and the signs of time often accumulate. We gently work with the muscles, fascia, ligaments, and fat pads, helping the tissues relax, regain mobility, and activate the body’s natural recovery and rejuvenation processes.

When tension is released, the face changes noticeably: it becomes lighter, softer, and fresher. Puffiness decreases, contours become more even, and there is a feeling of rest, inner harmony, and natural beauty.

The result is a more defined oval, a relaxed face, a healthy glow, and a gentle lifting effect without overload, injections, or surgery.

📩 From September, I’ll be opening bookings at an introductory price. There will be only a few spots.🍀🙌🏻

MASSAGE FOR SELF-CONFIDENCE 🍀🙌🏻

Self-confidence is not only a matter of psychology. It is also a matter of biomechanics.

We tend to think that a thought comes first (‘I’m afraid’) and then the body reacts (the shoulders rise toward the ears).

However, the opposite is also true: your body can tell your brain whether you feel like a winner or a victim.

When a person lives in a state of constant stress, the body literally ‘folds’ into a fetal position, even while standing upright. The chest muscles shorten, pulling the shoulders forward to protect the heart area, while the head moves forward, creating the so-called ‘computer posture.’

This state is a biological alarm signal. The brain interprets this posture as vulnerability: ‘We are in danger, we need to shrink.’ In this physical state, it is impossible to project leadership or calmness.

Massage acts as a tool for ‘reprogramming’ the body’s response.

A therapist doesn’t simply work on the muscles — they release patterns of tension. As this protective armor dissolves, the chest opens and expands, allowing for a fuller breath. Deep breathing sends a direct signal to the brain’s limbic system: ‘There is no threat, you can relax.’

At the same time, neurochemical magic happens. Deep pressure on the skin’s receptors lowers cortisol levels and stimulates the release of endorphins and oxytocin. The body shifts from survival mode to a state of optimal functioning.

The result of massage is not just the absence of muscle pain. It is a change in proprioception — the way you sense your body in space. You begin to feel your weight, your grounding, your stability.

When the body stops sending the message ‘I need to protect myself,’ it becomes much easier for the mind to embrace the message ‘I am ready to act.’

Confidence is when your body takes up exactly the space it is meant to occupy, without trying to become smaller or invisible.
