✨ Let’s talk hair extension maintenance…

Having extensions is an investment, and how you look after them between appointments makes ALL the difference 🤍

Maintenance can vary depending on the method, but generally you’re looking at around 6–10 weeks before your maintenance appointment.

And there are a few absolute MUST-HAVES when it comes to keeping your extensions (and your natural hair) looking and feeling their best 👇🏼

✨ Sulphate-free shampoo & conditioner — and/or a good hair mask to keep everything hydrated without compromising your extensions.
✨ Heat protector — ALWAYS. Before any heat styling, no exceptions!
✨ Hair serum/oil — helps keep those lengths and ends nourished, smooth and shiny.
✨ Brush your extensions regularly — especially before washing and before bed, using a brush suitable for extensions.
✨ Be gentle — avoid pulling or tugging at the roots and make sure your hair is properly dried, especially around the bonds/tapes.

Good extension maintenance = better looking hair, healthier natural hair and longer-lasting extensions 🤍
