My laser journey PART 2

And honestly… the preparation sometimes takes longer than the actual laser treatment 😂

Today I’m treating my leg, starting around the knee and working my way down. The treatment itself is really quick, and for me it feels more like a little rubber-band snap than anything painful.

I started my own laser journey back in November, and I’m still working through my course, because laser hair reduction is a process, not a one-treatment miracle. 💚

I wanted to share the REAL experience of having laser, including what it actually feels like and what happens during a session.

A little look into my own laser hair removal journey 🤍

I started my sessions back in November, and even now, through the summer, I still have a few sessions left to complete.

Why do I combine cupping, 3D rolling & Endosphere? 👀

The tummy can be one of the areas people feel is particularly stubborn and this is why I don’t believe in taking a “one technique fits all” approach.

💚Cupping uses controlled suction to lift and mobilise the tissue and is used here as part of the preparation for the rest of the treatment.

💚3D rolling adds mechanical massage to the area, allowing me to work through the tissue in a different way.

💚Endosphere then continues the mechanical massage, helping support circulation and lymphatic flow while working on the appearance and feel of the skin.

The idea isn’t to promise a magic “fat-melting” treatment.
It’s about combining techniques and tailoring the treatment to the individual area and your goals.
