📚 Training Course Booking Policy
A polite reminder that a deposit is required to secure your chosen training date. Training dates are held for 24 hours only. If a deposit is not received within this time, the date will be released and made available for other students to book.

Once your deposit has been paid, you will receive your course information and training manuals where applicable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your course date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to reschedule your course for any reason, a minimum of 5 working days' notice is required. This is because training kits, stock, certificates/course materials, refreshments, and models are organised specifically for your training date.

Requests made with less than 5 working days' notice may result in the loss of any monies paid.
Please note that deposits and course fees are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, and at the discretion of Luxe HQ, a course may be transferred to an alternative date if sufficient notice is given.

Students who fail to attend their course without prior notice (no-shows) will forfeit their place on the course and all monies paid. A new course booking and full payment will be required should they wish to rebook.

If you are running late on the day of training, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving significantly late may affect your ability to complete the course, particularly where practical assessments and model appointments have been arranged.

By paying a deposit and booking your course, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
