Days 15 onwards (until 1st day of menstruation)

This package includes:
- Swedish & Deep Tissue back, neck and shoulders massage
- Destressing aromatherapy blend
- White sage
- Binaural beats
- Foot ritual (reflexology and massage)
- Face ritual (acupressure and massage)

Advanced booking for these packages may be needed as specific dates will be needed if you want to book during a specific phase
